The 2024 Impact Report by Gruppo WISE is now available online. This document outlines our daily commitment as a Benefit Corporation, turning actions into measurable results. This year, we’ve chosen a title that is also a vision: “Sharing Life”. A concept that goes beyond simply sharing spaces or skills—it embraces the value of relationships, experiences, and personal journeys within our corporate ecosystem.
Throughout 2024, we placed a strong focus on people, investing in wellbeing, training, welfare, and work-life quality. We have redefined the concept of work as a space for personal fulfilment, moving past the purely functional view of a corporate role. “Sharing Life” becomes the expression of a culture that recognises individual value—both inside and outside the workplace—and supports its growth through concrete actions.
The report also highlights the work of our Sustainability Committee, established to design and implement environmental and social impact initiatives through constant dialogue with all team members. It also documents our contribution to the 2030 Agenda, with data, targets and projects that reflect an authentic and evolving path towards sustainability.
In a time when sustainability has—finally—become a shared priority, this report is not only an act of transparency for us, but a declaration of responsibility. Because we believe that a company’s growth starts here: with its ability to care for people, the environment, and the communities it operates in.
