With half a century of entrepreneurial history, ITAP is today an international leader in the production of valves, fittings and distribution manifolds for sanitary and heating systems. Gruppo WISE has supported the company in a communication project aimed at strengthening its role on international markets and celebrating the 50th anniversary of its foundation.

Thanks to fully automated production processes, with 85 transfer machines and 55 assembly lines, ITAP is able to produce 400.000 pieces per day.

Gruppo WISE joined ITAP in a large rebranding project. Specifically, we started with a revisited corporate image, working in particular on the logo – respecting the previous image – of which every single letter has been redesigned on new proportions and geometric shapes. Actions aimed at transferring a clearer and more immediate image, in the wake of the past and the recognition achieved in decades of business.
After reinterpreting the historic company logo, the same coordinated image, which follows its style and immediacy, was used for the creation of all the paper supports used by ITAP, including the cover of the product catalogue, the heart of the commercial activity of the company.
Gruppo WISE oversaw the creation of a new company website, with two main objectives. First of all, guaranteeing usability by international customers thanks to the interfaces in seven foreign languages; the second focus was on the communication of the variety of ITAP products, which is why the IT department of Gruppo WISE created an automatic synchronization of the product catalogue on the company website.

Their testimonies allowed the transmission of corporate values and missions to the outside, with an informative slant capable of weaving around the company.
To enhance ITAP’s Brand Awareness, Gruppo WISE created a corporate video based on in-depth interviews with strategic professionals within the company. Gruppo WISE created a documentary for ITAP that shows and describes each production and processing phase up to the finished product, revealing its excellence and characteristics to further enhance its authority. This transmits to the user the values of transparency, involvement and sharing, with an immediate increase in the perceived value of the Brand.

Gruppo WISE has implemented the company’s visual communication through the integral creation of a virtual tour which, thanks to 360 ° panoramic photographs, allows the user to choose which company spaces to view, using any device. The virtual tour permits the user to follow a guided tour, allows the use of interactive information, to switch to different foreign languages and offers content intended for sharing on social networks.

The half-century of ITAP history was organized by Gruppo WISE with the conception and implementation of a campaign – both online and offline – consisting of a dense system of ad hoc tools that covered a dual function: in addition to strengthening its Brand connected to its own longevity, it was also a good opportunity to reaffirm the quality of products and processes, the result of a system of corporate values that has always been the foundation of ITAP.

Gruppo WISE created a celebratory book, dedicated to the 50th anniversary of this important industrial group. Thus, the ITAP Brand has transmitted its development in a new, user-friendly and exciting way. Gruppo WISE oversaw the interviews with the protagonists, collected and reorganized the archival material held by the family that owns the company and oversaw the drafting of the text, written in two languages (Italian and English). The book is a gift, intended for all employees – of yesterday and today – and for all Italian and foreign stakeholders.
Gruppo WISE oversaw the realization of the ITAP Family Day, a day dedicated to ITAP employees and their loved ones, which was full of stimulating initiatives and activities. A corporate event by definition, it allowed people to strengthen ties with the company as well as an empathic extended transmission of company values. The dinner dedicated to employees that ITAP will organize with the support of Gruppo WISE will be along the same lines.
Gruppo WISE fully followed the company’s participation and exhibition at the MCE fair, (Mostra Convegno Expocomfort), an international reference point for the HVAC + R sector hosted at the Fiera Milano pavilions. Alongside the intrinsic business-related dimension of the exhibition, in fact, an accurate communication was placed aimed at highlighting the exceptional milestone constituted by the 50 years of history since the foundation of the company.

The ITAP anniversary was celebrated by all company employees through an important event organized entirely by Gruppo WISE. In fact, at Contadi Castaldi in Franciacorta, all ITAP employees were taken on on a visit to the cellar. The evening continued with a welcome aperitif, a dinner in a context of prestige and elegance, followed by a show with the comedian Fabrizio Fontana. A DJ set accompanied the evening until its conclusion, at the end of which all employees were presented with a bottle of wine produced by the cellar. An event that fully reflected ITAP’s requests: sharing, through an unforgettable evening, the important milestone represented by the company’s 50-year history.
