B2C strategy, consulting and training: Gruppo WISE approaches the Kaleikos luxury showroom

For the opening of the new Kaleikos showroom, a space in the luxury segment specializing in interior finishing, furnishing accessories, materials and design objects, Gruppo WISE was chosen as a partner for the implementation of a composite integrated communication project.

A complete path, able to embrace the opening of a high-quality physical place and positioning it in a broader context, both physical and virtual, suitable and perfectly in tune with the notes of an innovative and valuable concept.

Gruppo WISE has significantly contributed to making Kaleikos exactly what it was meant to be: a reference point for the design of materials to create unique living or business spaces, in terms of taste and atmosphere. A communicative project dedicated to the B2C segment, aimed at developing its sphere of influence over a macro-area outside the city. The target is focused, in fact, to attract interest in highly competitive contexts, standing out for the uniqueness and completeness of the offer and communication proposal.

Project

The work proceeded following an in-depth analysis aimed at identifying a tailor-made positioning strategy. The scenario that emerged led to the signing of Kaleikos. It was precisely the study of the naming that started the development of an atmosphere that reflected the shades and chromatic varieties of the fabrics and proposals. It is, in fact, a neologism that absorbs beauty (kalos) in its artistic meaning, the origin of the concept of home from which reinterpretations have come down to today (oikos) and the figure of the image, of representation (eidos). Like shapes and colours visible from a 

kaleidoscope, the showroom offer is equally composite: selling is, in fact, only one of the elements of the guaranteed experience, also made up of consultancy, of testing the solutions directly in the environment to be furnished with the support of Kaleikos professionals.

It was precisely from this closeness and circularity of supply that the payoff was derived. – “Textures for living” – in yarns and their geometries the experiences of environments, whether domestic or professional, are laid down. The goal is, in fact, to give life to personalized places, tailor-made through the ideal selection of materials and products, capable of becoming the appropriate setting for everyday life. From a simple space, be it private or business, it is thus possible to weave the perfect plot. For everyday life, for unique experiences. A perfect synthesis of strategy, objectives, style and atmosphere is reflected in the design of the logo: essential, elegant, versatile and conceptual, in perfect harmony with the ambition to approach the customer in any furnishing requirement. Website, from analysis to identity

Gruppo WISE took care of the entire digital structure for the client, starting with the website. From the structure of the tree, to the identification of the copywriting stamp and its implementation. The graphic project also supported the client’s business intentions, balancing the richness of the proposal both in terms of products and the completeness and seriousness of the consultancy provided by designers and professionals in the sector. Furthermore, an art directoring service was provided for the shooting of the photographic material used for the client’s website.

Social network: study, creation and training

For the customer, Gruppo WISE has operated a complete service in the field of communication by means of social networks, also making available its consultancy and training specialization.

After carrying out the ecosystem analysis and defining the target of interest, the presence on three social network platforms considered strategic for the customer’s business was defined, to which a start-up editorial plan was provided, responding to the marketing needs for Kaleikos. Headings and graphic formats designed by Gruppo Wise allowed them to carve out their own identity and to acquire immediate recognition and originality. The customer’s internal staff, at the same time, were accompanied on a training course for the use and optimization of communication resources via social networks. This made it possible to support the customer in acquiring suitable skills for autonomously and consciously managing the pages started. Gruppo WISE once again reiterates its specificity that is far removed from the concept of a service provider: approaching the customer, in fact, means accompanying him on a path of common growth, sharing and reasoned development.

Gruppo WISE oversaw the entire digital structure, starting from the website: from the structure of the tree, to the identification of the tone of voice and its creation, up to the photographic material used.
The graphic project also took care of transferring the richness of the proposal in a balanced way, both in terms of products and consultancy services operated by expert designers and professionals in the sector.

Gruppo WISE offered a complete service in the field of social communication to the customer. After the ecosystem analysis and the definition of interest targets, the strategic presence for the customer’s business was defined on three platforms. A start-up editorial plan was then provided with columns and graphic formats designed to best define the identity of Kaleikos and make it recognizable. At the same time, the customer was accompanied on a path of sharing and training, which allowed him to acquire the appropriate skills for a reasoned and effective management of these means.
