A day spent outdoors to strengthen team spirit, break the daily routine, and cultivate the value of collaboration in a new and inspiring setting. On April 11th, the Gruppo WISE team took part in an immersive team building activity at Il Rocol, in the heart of Franciacorta.
The experience began with an orienteering challenge through the estate’s trails and woods. Divided into teams, we navigated with maps and compasses, overcoming obstacles and completing tasks through teamwork, clear communication, and shared strategies. A dynamic and engaging activity designed to build mutual trust and encourage distributed leadership, where every voice matters and every step makes a difference.
The day continued with a convivial lunch — a valuable moment to strengthen connections outside the office, sharing thoughts and energy in an informal yet authentic atmosphere.
