Gruppo WISE: first Code of Ethics adopted

There is no business where the behaviour of each actor involved does not respect inalienable ethical principles. A belief that has always guided the conduct adopted in Gruppo WISE, strengthened by the publication of its first Code of Ethics. The document, in fact, in addition to strengthening and ratifying its corporate culture, consolidates the agency’s commitment to transparency, correctness and sustainability.
The Code of Ethics represents a true pillar of the company mission, outlining the behavioural principles that guide the actions of all the Group’s employees and collaborators, both in internal relationships and with external parties.
The document focuses, among others, on the principles of honesty and integrity, respect and inclusion, transparency and ethical data management. Furthermore, it invites the development of creativity and new forms of thinking on the part of its workers, in order to promote the sharing of ideas and collaboration. Great attention is also paid to the promotion of positive values and the development of projects in the social and environmental fields.
