Corporate events

Networking & Incentive Relationships that last beyond the event

From incentive programs for sales networks to exclusive events for clients and partners: every initiative is designed to strengthen bonds, recognize achievements and create the right conditions for new business opportunities.

A networking event without clear direction is just an attendance list.

Putting people in the same room is not enough. For an event to generate measurable value — new relationships, business opportunities, client retention — it requires meticulous planning: who to invite, how to structure the meeting opportunities, and what kind of environment fosters the right conversation.

  • Who to invite
  • How to structure meetings
  • What context
  • Which follow-ups

Networking & Incentive in many formats.

Every relational and commercial goal has its most effective format. We translate specific requirements into experiences designed to generate concrete relationships and results.

How we design it.

Five stages, a single point of contact for the entire project.

  1. .01

    Understand

Every project begins with an analysis of the objectives, the context, and the people involved.

  2. .02

    Define

We translate needs and priorities into a clear project strategy, selecting the most suitable format.

  3. .03

    Design

We build the experience, outlining content, touchpoints, and engagement methods.

  4. .04

    Coordinate

Managing people, suppliers, and tasks is core to the project: we oversee every operational phase.

  5. .05

    Measure

We evaluate results against initial goals to steer future initiatives.

  • A networking event primarily aims to create or consolidate relationships among attendees: clients, partners, and stakeholders. An incentive is a recognition program reserved for those who have achieved defined goals — typically sales networks or top performers. Both formats can coexist within the same project.

  • KPIs are defined during the briefing stage and measured across two dimensions: the direct experience (satisfaction, perceived quality, sentiment) and the long-term effects (retention, performance in the subsequent weeks, network loyalty).

  • Yes. We design incentive programs across domestic and international destinations, providing full management of logistics, hospitality, scheduling, as well as pre- and post-trip communication.

  • For mid-sized networking events: 6-8 weeks. For incentive travel or complex multi-stage programs: at least 3-4 months, which are necessary to secure top-tier venues and ensure program consistency.

  • We assist clients in defining the selection criteria and managing communications sent to invitees. The final guest list remains the client's sole responsibility.
