Outdoor & Sport
Outdoor activities and sports formats to foster collaboration and team spirit.
From outdoor team building to cooking classes, from golf to creative activities: every experience is designed to support specific goals of engagement, collaboration, and belonging. WISE Eventi supports companies in defining the most appropriate format for their people and organizational context.
Activities are a tool. The true value lies in the result they help to achieve. This is why every experience is designed based on four variables.
Every objective requires a different approach. This is why we translate specific needs into activities and experiences designed to generate concrete results.

Five phases, a single point of contact for the entire project.
Every project begins with the analysis of the objectives, context, and people involved.
We translate needs and priorities into a clear project strategy, choosing the most suitable format.
We build the experience, defining content, touchpoints, and engagement methods.
Managing people, suppliers, and activities is part of the project: we oversee every operational phase.
We evaluate results against initial objectives to guide future activities.
There is no absolute optimal size: it depends on the objectives and the format. WISE Eventi designs programs from 10 to over 500 participants, adapting the structure and logistics to the group.
WISE Eventi mainly operates in Lombardy, Veneto, and Piedmont, with a network of over 100 partner locations. We also manage events on a national and international scale.
Yes. The choice of venue is an integral part of the design process: it is evaluated based on the objectives, the profile of the participants, and specific operational requirements.
Through KPIs defined during the briefing stage: participation rate, satisfaction measured via surveys, changes in the internal climate, and cohesion perceived by management.
For programs up to 100 people: at least 6-8 weeks. For more complex initiatives or with distributed participants, it is advisable to start the process 3-4 months in advance.
