A Christmas Family Day that opened Gefran’s doors to over 800 people, transforming the company headquarters into a Christmas village for employees, their families and the local community.
WISE Eventi conceived and delivered a Christmas Family Day, transforming Gefran’s headquarters into an immersive experience that combined the company’s story with the magic of the festive season. More than 800 employees and family members were guided through the production facilities, alongside a Christmas village featuring activities for children and adults, entertainment areas, social moments and a variety of food experiences. From creative concept and production to the direction and on-site management of the entire event, every element was designed to celebrate the company’s people and turn an open day into an employer branding project, strengthening the sense of belonging and telling the story of Gefran through the people who bring its values to life every day.
