Silmet is a joint stock company and world leader in the production of copper tubes for water, heating and sanitary applications as well as Level Wound Coils for industrial use. Founded in 1973, it forms an integral part of the historic Italian Ghidini group – that harks back to 1929 – and has specialised over time in the production of copper tubes for a range of sectors including the building, hydraulics and health industries.
A new brand identity and visuals.
Silmet requested Gruppo WISE to design and produce paper and digital resources to promote its new identity, and showcase the first-class quality of its products and combination of innovativeness and craft tradition. By investigating the brand’s image and organising its dedicated photo shoot, Gruppo WISE gave it a minimalist house style to showcase its identity, products and history, through impactful and carefully selected pictures.
It also created a bilingual website for the company in Italian and English that is simple, clear and responsive, as well as designing new bilingual product catalogues and redefining the brand’s image across many resources to showcase its innovativeness in the metalworking industry.
The digital strategy was completed with the creation of the LinkedIn page. The institutional page in the digital platform refers to a strategic content marketing approach focusing on the creation and sharing of content regarding the metallurgical sector and the areas in which Silmet operates.
